Six years ago, while working closely with clients like AT&T, BMW, Southwest Airlines, L.L.Bean, Marshalls and Goodyear, we (Karen Jacobs and John Trahar) couldn’t help notice that the size of the agency we were in often added a layer of complexity and confusion to a process that required simplicity, clarity and alignment.
We created Greatest Common Factory to fulfill the need for better, more effective, and more authentic brand messaging with less. We stopped tracking hours, cut unnecessary layers out of a dated and inefficient process, and gave our personal cell phone numbers to any brand that actually wanted to make something new and good. We did this to make things better.
